Order Acceptance 
The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the 
acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. 
Fuel Force Performance Warehouse, Inc., reserves the right, without 
prior notification to limit the order quantity on any item 
and/ or refuse service to any customer. 
All prices are subject to change without notice.
 
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS 
Fuel Force Performance Warehouse, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "FFPW"
 does NOT warranty the proper or improper installation and/or application 
of the purchase, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary installer. 
FFPW assumes no liability and will not pay for labor, damage, rental car, 
hotel, towing claims, etc., arising from the installation or use of the above
mentioned oxygen sensor(s). Also due to the complexity of emission control 
systems, FFPW does not warranty this oxygen sensor(s) to pass emission control
 inspection solely on its own merit. This guarantee does not apply to any defects
 caused by misuse, collisions or other accidents, negligence, or any unauthorized
 or unreasonable use including, but not limited  to, improper application and installation. 
FFPW neither assumes nor authorized any person, agent distributor, dealer, repair technician,
service facility, or company to change, modify, supplement or amend this warranty or assume
 for FFPW any warranty or liability in connection with the sale, shipment or use of our products.
 FFPW does not authorize any other person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair technician,service facility,
 or company to make any qualitative determination as to the fitness of our products.
 FFPW reserves the right to make changes, modifications or improvements in our products without 
incurring any obligation to similarly alter, modify or improve products previously purchased, exchanged,
traded, bartered or complimentary procured.
 
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTIES 
FFPW is proud to offer high quality products at a low price. We do not sell 
oxygen sensor(s) for testing purposes. All of FFPW products are tested to assure performance. 
1. No exchanges, refunds or credits at any time after the oxygen sensor(s) has been installed. 
2. The customer must first call our Technical Assistance with any problems before removing the
 oxygen sensor(s). A RGA number will be required to return the product to FFPW for warranty exchange. 
3. Purchaser must present original sales receipt and box must be clearly marked with RGA number.
